It took me about seven days to start feeling like my normal self again.

I realized that there is so much fear right now "in the air" that it is easy for any of us to find ourselves in its grip.

So, I decided to offer this free course to help others who may be going through what I experienced.

I begin by talking about how and why chronic fear is unhealthy for us.

Then I share all of the things I did that helped me successfully transcend the fear that I was feeling.
